Videoswitch offer long term support for their products, often over many years. Products have to be phased out from time to time, but we endeavour to provide new products in our range with equal or better facilities and value for money. A lot of our business involves roll-outs over many months and we are very aware of the importance to our customers of continuity of supply and support and in maintaining familiarity of operation across progressive generations of products.
